Court Upholds Samsung Galaxy Ban

DUESSELDORF, Germany—The Duesseldorf regional court Friday upheld a preliminary ruling that Samsung Electronics Co. wont be allowed to sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer in Germany.
